For the purposes of applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR), Hibearna Tech is generally the data controller for data we collect through our own website and marketing activities. For data we process on behalf of our business customers inside products like Bozz Apps or custom integrations, we act as a data processor and our customers remain responsible for obtaining all necessary consents.
