For the purposes of applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR), Hibearna Tech is generally the data controller for data we collect through our own website and marketing activities. For data we process on behalf of our business customers inside products like Bozz Apps or custom integrations, we act as a data processor and our customers remain responsible for obtaining all necessary consents.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Our software products and services (including Bozz Apps) provided directly to businesses.

  • Our WhatsApp, Instagram and other messaging integrations that we operate on behalf of our customers.

It does not apply to how Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram), or any other third-party provider uses your data. Please review their own privacy policies for that.

In these cases, our customer is the data controller and we act only according to their instructions, under a data processing agreement.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

When you use these integrations:

  • You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your customers to contact them via these channels.

  • You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta’s Commerce and Messaging policies and any other applicable platform rules.

  • Conversations that take place inside WhatsApp or other Meta products are also subject to Meta’s own privacy and terms, which we do not control.

Hibearna Tech is an independent software provider and is not owned, operated or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

12. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
